At Coast Optics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring any protective films on lenses or frames are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
